Koolkutir provides you with a truly dynamic pricing for last minute rooms. Koolkutir is a pair of two Apps. The App for customers is used to raise booking requests and to bid for rooms, while the App for hotels is used to instantly accept booking requests from customers.

Koolkutir Frontdesk is the App for hotels. It receives customer booking requests, and allows the hotel to instantly confirm availability to customers for their stay on the same day / night. It assists hotels clear off their unused inventory up to the last minute. Koolkutir booking requests and bids arrive right until midnight, or until all your rooms have been sold.

To work with Koolkutir hotels do not need to keep room inventory status with us, and they do not need to be publicly listed on our website. Hotel data like amenities and price is not shared with a customer until the hotel has accepted that customers booking on this App by responding to the customer booking request.
